Karate Canada national team member, Mahta Gharaei, will be at NOX Dojo on Monday, June 16 from 6:30 to 7:00 sharing her insights on “Beyond the Classroom”. It is a recount of her journey to the top of the podium and her discovery of the “10 Golden Rules of Champion Minds”. It is open to all members of the sport karate team and all athletes within the dojo between 7 and 14 years old. You are invited to attend this inspiring and motivational talk free of charge.
