• 10:00 AM: The 1000 Rep Challenge – Total Body Combat Conditioning

  Bringing back the old days when every month was 1000 month. In this class, we will work towards finishing 1000 Punches, 1000 Kicks, 1000 Push Ups, 1000 Stride Jumps, and 1000 core work in just 90 minutes or less

• 11:30 AM: Kodomo Karate (Ages 3 - 7) 30 minutes

• 12:30 PM: Youth Class (Ages 8 - 12) 60 minutes

• 2:00 PM: Stage 1 Self Defence (Escapes) 90 minutes

• 4:00 PM: End of Day
