Karate for Adults
Our adult karate program at NOX Dojo is heavily influenced by Okinawa Goju Ryu (Meibukan). With almost 40 years of martial arts experience, Sensei Sean Wong completes the curriculum with a blend of practical Ju-Jitsu for well rounded martial arts program. The program is suited for adults of any experiences and fitness levels.

Karate for Children
NOX Dojo is well known for its innovative children’s program. Accepting ages as young as 3 and half years old, NOX makes balances fun and discipline in karate. The program is offered both at a recreational level (3 - 7 Years) and at one that is more focussed (8 - 11 years). The two designated levels addresses different learning curves.

Aikido For Adults
Aikido is a “Martial Way” (budo) of self-discipline, self-realisation and self-defence based on circular movements, breath control and inner energy (ki). Aikido Seishinkai is dedicated to training in Aikido as taught at the headquarters school of the Aikikai Foundation in Tokyo, Japan (Hombu Dojo). It celebrates the message of the Founder, Morihei Ueshiba O-Sensei.

Club Seiryu
Club Seiryu is our sport karate team managed by the parents of the athletes and volunteers. It has its own charter and membership fees. It is sponsored in part by NOX Dojo. Members of our team are on the current Karate Canada national team roster.
There are recreational and elite levels suited for all belt levels. This program is best for athletes who want to progress faster and further than what can be provided in our other programs. It is important to note that while making podium is one of the goals, our main focus is to foster good sportsmanship through the lessons of winning and losing.
